Budget Blinds offers a superb training package and access to expert support teams that will help you every step of the way. Our industry-leading new franchisee training includes everything from immersive product knowledge to our proprietary CRM system, Touchpoint, to effectively run your business.
Trained to Succeed
Our extensive franchisee training program is second to none. Once you’re awarded your new franchise, you’ll be invited to a 2-week startup training program to learn about time management, financial management, the consultative sales process, and how to effectively market your business on a local level. You’ll also receive in-depth product knowledge and installation training. Your hands-on, live and virtual classroom training covers everything you need to know to start strong. We’ll even cover your travel and accommodations for on-site training at our state-of-the-art Training & Experience Center in Dallas.
Ongoing Support
After your initial start-up franchisee training, you’ll have access to the best ongoing support and additional training opportunities. Our extended support and training program will help you develop strategic income and business goals for the first year, and manage and track your financials, including creating a 12-month plan. Proactive, weekly calls with your Regional Operations Manager, access to your Regional Field Marketing Manager for local marketing guidance, and product and installation support teams for technical assistance are all at your disposal. You will also attend the annual convention and regional meetings where you can exchange best practices with fellow franchisee owners throughout the year.
